Bio:
Karen Aibel’s executive management experience has spanned nearly 20 years with organizations such as Ziff-Davis, Time Warner, Marjorie Gross & Company and Lifestyles Realtors, LLC. Karen has led change-management initiatives that have brought organizations through activities such as mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring. At Lifestyles Realtors LLC, Karen was part of the core executive management team that built the organization from a two-agent retail operation to what is now the 6th largest real estate company in northeast Florida. Her ability to see broader scope while also paying close attention to detail has naturally led Karen to her role as President of The Realty Group Inc.
Karen’s vision of creating a “boutique style” company where executives don’t serve as “figure heads” but rather, are involved in day-to-day activities of onsite sales and marketing projects has come to fruition. As the real estate market ebbs and flows, so to does the flexibility of the sales and marketing strategy. Karen insures that this philosophy remains an integral part of day-to-day operations for herself and all associates within The Realty Group Inc. |
